These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile application(s) provided by Nobile Interactive (“we”, “our”, “us”). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the app.
You may use the app solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.
You agree that you will not:
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on a compatible device that you own or control.
We reserve all rights in and to the app not expressly granted to you under these Terms.
The app may offer in-app purchases, such as virtual items, game currency, or premium features (“In-App Purchases”). If you choose to make an In-App Purchase, you may be required to authenticate your account and provide billing information through the relevant app store.
All In-App Purchases are final and non-refundable, except where refunds are required under applicable law or the policies of the app store through which you made the purchase.
Any virtual items or currency provided or purchased within the app do not have real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money or other items outside the app. You acknowledge that you do not own these virtual items and that all such items are part of a limited, revocable license granted to you under these Terms.
The app may display advertisements from us or third parties. We are not responsible for the content, products, or services offered in any third-party advertisements or websites that may be accessed through the app.
If the app allows you to submit, upload, or share content (such as usernames, scores, or other materials), you are solely responsible for such content. You agree that you will not submit content that is unlawful, offensive, harmful, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
By submitting content through the app, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with the operation and promotion of the app.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the app, including but not limited to software, graphics, user interface, design, artwork, text, logos, and trademarks, are owned by Nobile Interactive or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not use our name, logo, or trademarks without our prior written consent.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we decide to discontinue the app.
Upon termination, the rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease, and you must delete the app from your devices.
The app is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or availability.
We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors or viruses, or that any defects will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nobile Interactive and its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the app, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In any case, our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the app or these Terms shall be limited to the amount you have paid (if any) for the app or In-App Purchases in the last twelve (12) months, or the minimum amount permitted by law if no such payments have been made.
The app may integrate or link to third-party services or websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party service or website. Your use of such third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
We may update, modify, or discontinue the app, any feature, or content at any time, temporarily or permanently, without notice and without liability to you.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the app after any changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your country of residence, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
