This Privacy Policy explains how Nobile Interactive ("we", "our", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile application Nobile Sudoku ("the app"). By using the app, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Device and App Data

Non-personal information such as device model, OS version, language/region, connection type, app version, crash logs, and performance metrics.

1.2 Advertising Identifier

Advertising ID (for example, Google Advertising ID on Android) for ad delivery, frequency capping, and, where allowed, personalization. You can reset or limit ad personalization in your device settings.

1.3 Usage and Analytics Data

Anonymous or aggregated events like session length, screens viewed, feature usage, puzzle progress, and basic interactions. We do not collect direct identifiers (name, email, phone) in the app.

1.4 Optional Support Information

If you contact us (for example, by email), we may receive the information you provide so we can handle your request.

2. How We Use Information

• Operate, maintain, and improve the app and its features
• Analyze usage to enhance gameplay and user experience
• Monitor and fix crashes or performance issues
• Serve, cap, and measure ads; personalize ads where permitted
• Prevent fraud and abuse

3. Third-Party Services

We use trusted providers that process data on our behalf. Their privacy practices apply to their use of data:

• Ads: Google AdMob
• Analytics: Firebase Analytics
• Crash Reporting: Firebase Crashlytics

These services may receive device and app data plus advertising identifiers to deliver their functionality in line with Google Play policies.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with the service providers above and only as needed to operate the app, show ads, and measure performance. Data may also be disclosed if required by law or to protect our rights or users.

5. Data Retention

Data is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes described or as required by law. Crash and analytics data are stored in aggregated or pseudonymous form.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Choices

• Ad personalization: Disable personalized ads and reset your Advertising ID in your device's Google settings.
• App permissions: Manage app permissions from your device settings; disabling some permissions may limit functionality.
• Support inquiries: If you contact us, you can request deletion of your message history from our support inbox.

8. Children's Privacy

The app is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us to delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. We will post changes here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated policy.
